I can't tell if Roblox is purposely not moderating decals, or their moderation bots aren't working.

Many people are having this problem. They upload a decal, leave it there for days, and it's still rendering as a ? or X. My most recent decal has existed for almost 3 months, and is still not being moderated. Roblox, please look into this problem, if you even read any threads on this forum.

Do they use bots? I think the picture mods are just slow.
