If you know me, I usually put my thread post titles in all caps. It's just a habit of mine. Anyway. I'm writing a story about wolves. As in, wolves are the main characters. They can talk and interact with each other. Pretty much extremely personified wolves. Emphasis on 'extremely'. So... I need a title for it. Currently, it's just called 'Wolf Story'. That's bland. Boring. I require a title.

Nicholas987: I dunno. It's not really the 'life', per se. rengermatt: Cool, dude! I like that. I'm still taking suggestions though.

What about the word Wolf, but spelt differently, so like this: Wulf Wolph

Or spelt backwards. Flow

1997Joey: I dunno. Whenever I see 'Wolf' spelled with a U, it makes me think of the cute li'l bugger on my shirt. I like the name 'Flow', though.

bluebenblaster: I like that, but it's a lot like the title White Fang, which has already been published. -_-

How about 'The Law of The Fang'? If there's no 'the' in there, I get bad memories T_T

I vote for Flow. Also, book names can't be copyrighted. As stated in copyright law. Lupus, the Latin name for wolf, would fit nicely. Or Sinac, which is "Dog" in Latin, written backwards. I love those translators.

How about War of the Wolves, in Bloodstained Letters?
CrazyJoe
#6407035Sunday, March 15, 2009 1:30 AM GMT

TyphoonII: I like Lupus better than Sinac, but isn't it spelled with an I? will20: I dunno, it's more of a 'rebellion/assassination' than 'war'.

Nope. Lupus is spelled just the way it is right... ________.^Here Also, with the little plot thing you just talked about (rebellion), The Lost Alpha?

Ooh, that's really cool! The main characters, Malok and Kazir, are both the Alphas of their pack, but the pack has been killed off... by Malok and Kazir. Actually, Kazir was a cub of the pack, but when he grew into a full-blown wolf, he SHOULD be the alpha, if he had a pack. See now?

Okay, so here's a little snippet from Chapter 6: KAZIR LOOKED at the world around him and howled. He had run away from his pack 6 moons ago. He was a lone wolf, a Night-Dweller, and a follower of Malok. His howl reached deep into the night, and he was sure his old pack was out there somewhere. If they hadn’t already been killed off by Malok, which they probably had. Kazir. We have sightings of a target. Brown fur with odd grey swirls. We think it’s a she-wolf. Back at your old den. Eliminate. Kazir closed his eyes and sent a reply to Malok. They were both now adept in reading and speaking through one’s mind, even if they hadn’t met before. Kazir ran down the mountainside, his pads gliding smooth on the snow, and eventually came to a flat plateau-like area. It’s near here somewhere. To the east of the waterfall, through river gorge... aha. Within an hour, Kazir had reached the valley, and his mind turned back to the target. Brown fur, gray swirls. She-wolf. Had he known someone like that? He had forgotten so much about his family after so long away. He pulled through the opening and looked around. Memories came flooding back to him. Him with a brown-furred cub, talking and laughing. Him and a different grey cub, playing in the grass while his parents were talking in the cave to his right. To the right. Kazir used the memory to guide him to the cave.

You might not understand it because you can't tell thte difference between thoughts and narrating, so try to do your best.

How bout 'Rise' Or "Vvardenfell'(like the place in oblivion!)
CrazyJoe
#6410900Sunday, March 15, 2009 3:11 AM GMT

You've already told me about Rise, and Vvardenfell is the Elder scrolls V, so I figure that's copyrighted. Besides, the book has nothing to do with the land of Vvardenfell.
