I shut the door behind me and lock it with my key, the Austrailian flag painted on it, and decide to jog to the nearest community center or anywhere that harbors a bench to rest on and a water fountain to possibly drown myself in if it comes to it. I pause a moment to brush a few pine needles off my foot and put my headphones in and star running. "If i go crazy then will you still be my superman? If im alive then will you still be ther holdin my hand.." I sang on to 3 Doors Down as I made a turn at a stop sign, narrowly avoiding a lady walking her poodle. |

I check up on my wardrobe from time to time and most of my clothes were tattered or torn so I packed them up in a bag the nearest place I could donate these old clothes were in the local mall, I packed them all in a shopping bag and walked out the door, hailing a cab and driving to the mall I got out and the mall was larger then i excpeted entering I went staright to those huge donation bins where you drop clothes in, I put the bag in and proceeded to the food court, I stood in the middle of the food court thinking of what to get. |

After school I decided that instead of going home I would go somewhere I else. I wasn't sure where I wanted to go so now I was wandering the streets of the town, listening to my iPod. I passed my the mall and decided that going there would help distract me and keep me away from my house. I randomly walked around the mall, bored.

I had finished most of my work at school thankfully and decided that instead of going back to my fathers empty house I would walk to the park. I needed to relax anyway and being at my dad's house would NOT help me relax at all. I hated being there in the night and couldn't wait till my mom got here. She may actually rent a hotel room or something and allow me to stay with her. I walked around the park until I found a little grove where I could sit and relax. I had been here before, in fact it was my favorite part of the park. The tree in the middle had a bench encircling it and it was always the perfect place to sit, relax, or even talk to your friends and family, people like that. |

I coudnt deciede what to eat and from the corner of my eye I spotted the jock that had tackled me he seemed to be holding his reb where I had kicked him, I turned around and started walking while looking back and bumped into some girl(Eternity). |

I finish the last verse of the song when a sharp pain comes from the bottom of my foot and the next thing i know my face is getting very close to the concrete very fast. My forhead hits the concrete with a very large thud and suddenly my right temple is pounding very violently. I sit up and feel my forhead for damage, I can feel the uneven and grainy texture that has been imprinted into my forehead from the ground and a small bit of warm liquid around my hairline. Only a small cut i hope but thats not whats concerning me, what's really got me going is what went into my foot. I lift it up, still sitting on the concrete and find a rock pressed into the skin of my foot. I take it out and find zero damage. |

When someone bumped into my I kind of fell back towards the glass wall/ fence that keeps everyone from falling down a few stories. I held onto the wall thingy and glared at that person. "Hey be careful! I don't want to plummet to my death..." I noticed that it was that kid I was talking to earlier. "Oh... Sorry. I did not really mean to say that... I just... You know don't want to fall..." |

"Sorry...it was my fault..its just.." I stopped talking and pointed to the jock by the food court holding his ribs,
"He's the one who tackled me...I just needed to get out of his sight..I dont want anymore trouble.." I said |

I stand up, brushing off some dirt that got on my shoulder and walk the rest of the way to the park, temple still pulsing violently. I put my hand to my head and it still feels hot and the blood is now spread across my forehead and part of my eyebrow but is drying quickly. I let out a relaxed sigh as my feet touch the freshly watered grass of the park and lay down next to this bench under a few trees. |

I was just about to start listen to my music when I saw a boy lay down near the benches. Normally I would try and ignore other people but he seemed to have blood all over his forehead.
"Hey are you... Okay," I said quietly, a bit concerned. |

I lift my head up off the grass and look at the girl, smiling i say, "Actually im more then fine! Feeling blessed even, while most people would freak out over blood this just gives me a reason to take a break from Track training and relax, and enjoy the day while the sun's in the sky and the kids are at play!" I say, my Austrailian accent present. Hm, why do I keep over talking? She asked me if i was okay and instead of a one worded answer that normal people use I basicly gave her part of a lecture. Smooth. |

I stiffle a laugh and say, "Eh, Potato Pahtato, Tomato Tornado. I try not to think of things being bad! How could you? Have you seen the sky from my point of veiw?" I lay my head back, staring at the clouds and then turn my head to look at her, "Ya know, this park's alot more enjoyable if you cancle out all negative thoughts, grab a friend, and enjoy the day. Since I dont honestly have a friend at the moment ive made the grass beneath me my friend, it supports and comferts me at the same time! If you feel like taking a break from the world you can join me if you'd like." I pat the ground and turn my attention back to the clouds and start imagining what shapes they make. |

I shook my head, staring at him like he was crazy. Okay I was always looking on the good side and was really positive but even I couldn't think how being hurt was really a good thing. I guess that guys happy attitude kind of annoyed me to because really my life was not going that well. My abusive dad had just got arrested, my mom need to come back. They would need to go to court for custody of me and such. And I may need to leave this town if my sister, who has not yet called me back, did not decide that she would try and by my legal guardian. "Uh huh. Its not that easy to be all "happy" when everything is not going that well," I said, sounding super annoyed. |

"Depends how you look at it. For one thing if your life was that horrible you wouldn't be wasting your time with a guy who youve never met and will probably never talk to again. But in the mean time i'm going to tell you how i make it all go away." I jump up and look around in the grass untill i find a click pen. I then walk back to the girl with a smile on my face and hold the pen out to her. "If your thinking about not trying this let me explain something, if your life is that bad what could doing this one thing possibly do to make it worse?" I smile and wait for her to take the pen. |
