First, there is freedom. I happen to see a lot of threads where it’s basically just ‘OP says something happens, react to it, good or bad happens, repeat.’ While in HS threads you can wander around and do a bunch of stuff. The OP doesn’t need to tell you what to do.
Then you got simplicity, some RPs if you miss 2 pages you’re never going to catch up. While that may be the same for some HS RPs it’s much easier to catch up on.
Finally, it’s also that it is usually filled with new RPers. New RPers tend to be more active and devoted than regular ones, which is why this lasted so long.
All in all, it’s basically like enjoying the sims. Repetitive but overall a nice time waster.) |
