How about muyants that come from underground and monsters that can fly.Also,in the cave there could be secret spots/places that you can find they have all have different special things in it.You could chainsaw massacre guy (if you know about him)and jason with a shainsaw and put them right next to eachother to that they can be like the chainsaw duo or something like that.Also,in the cave you could make it a super llong cave that u have to try to get out of and you get get out of it by doing quests.As you do and more quests you get closer to getting out of the cave.These are all the ideas that I have. ~It takes a smart person to make a great game,but it takes a wise person to make an awesome game~
