Updating glitch?!

I have a working version of my game, Jump for points. Whenever I try to update it, Everything with a script in it breakes. Ive tried cuting and pasting back in but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Are you working in Edit or Build mode? If Build, pause the game, cut/paste everything, and then update. If that doesn't work, get ROBLOX's online output model and use it to see what's breaking.

Its everything that has a script in it! There is not certain script, its just whenever I update it, it breaks. Any suggestions?!
