It comes to my attention that UAF is dieing. Many people arent active anymore, leaving, or betraying UAF for many things us fellow members had done. We are open for spys to get into, and get hacked. We dont have any disipline or respect anymore. HRs seem to pick their favorites to be promoted. I have come up with many solutions for this kind of behavior. Exile spys, inactive members, and members who constently dont listen. We should have training 2-3 times a week, Which includes disipline training, history on UAF, sniping, assaulting, and sword fighting. HRs should pick who gets a promo pick the person that did best, showed the most disipline, courage, no back talking, and followed orders and listened. Another way to control who goes into UAF, the signing in thould be "Join request pending" not your in when you sign up. When someone signs up, before we let them in, we need to check if there spys, not very active, and if there a hacker in anyways. We need to go to war with fair fighting enemies. RAA wasnt a fair fighing enemie. They abused admin during raids. One of my fellow friends has got some pictures of them abusing admin. We should have more polls like what jetpackboy did to improve UAF while also following these guidelines.
