First off, I would like to welcome all new Cadets into UIF, and I hope for a good, active and healthy future for you all. Second of all, I would like to give a big thanks to our Leader Shadowblacksmith for putting so much work and time into UIF.
So, the reason we are starting fresh is because, with Kazan we had 90% inactive members. That won't be the case this time. How? Well here is what's going on:
1. ALL Soldiers are to pass the Cadet Training Course in order to show their loyalty and dedication to UIF. It has just been completed. (And it's dead easy!)
2. Shadow and myself have decided to introduce a new way to test the actvity of troops in UIF. How? A weekly quiz/question. The question or quiz will be based on UIF, it's history, ROBLOX Militaries, REAL Militaries, etc.
3. How does the quiz work? Well, every week when we release a quiz or question. You MUST answer the question, even if you don't know the answer and PM Shadow or myself with it. If you fail to do this 2 times in a row, (Without warning us of your inactivity,ofcourse) you will be warned, then demoted.
4. What if you get the question right? Do so FIVE times, you will recieve a direct promotion for activity and good thinking. But when you reach Staff Seargent this will stop. However, you will earn alot of respect from myself and the other HRs, including Shadow too.
5. Why is all this being done? Because, it's sad to admin that: Kazan had.. What? 125 members? 90% OR even 95% where inactive. The only active troops where the HRs themselves, and maybe 3-4 LRs. But that will not be the case in UIF, as we want active and dedicated troops.
This is all that has to be said, I hope that you can all find this system convenient and see how it helps with the group's activity.
Also, a side note. When recruiting, please make sure the soldier will be dedicated, warn them of the loyalty they must have towards UIF.
