Here are the ranks and how to get em:

Trainee:
This is the primary rank when you first join. You are learning the ropes and helping very little. If you are suitable for another rank, an application is all you need. Until then, this is where you will stay.

Sales Representative:
You are the ones in charge of working the counter and dealing with all the business-like work. This is easy to get ranked as. As a sales rep, you must let your HoD know what has been ordered. If there is no HoD at the time, then you must tell it to ME! Easy to get ranked as.

Basic Builder:
You are a builder for the group. If it is not that hard, we will ask YOU to make it. The only way you may deny a request at this rank is because you are unable to build something of that level. Send in an application to get ranked as one.

Advanced builder:
You are responsible to build some highly advanced stuff. C-framing and knowledge of the ROBLOX studio is vital. You may deny requests if you are busy in this rank because you are more respected. If you wish to unveil one of your products, please let me know to arrange an unveiling. Apply now!

Scripter:
You need a knowledge of Lua to be a scripter. As long as you can script fairly well, you can apply. You are expected to get your work done whenever needed, to keep your position. As of now, scripters of all levels are in the same rank, but the future holds the possibility of a basic and an advanced rank coming for that too. Apply to script today!

Designer:
You design ads, clothing, decals, and logos for willing customers. The ability to successfully digitally design pictures well is the only requirement to be one. This is currently a BETA rank.

Head of Department:
Hod's are basically the bosses around here. They are the leaders for specific ranks. You are expected to recruit for that rank, train that rank, and accept applications for that rank. You are expected to attend most if not all meetings and be active in the group. For more info PM me.
