If you want to provide BC to those who can't afford it, you would ... still be joking.
You can't say, "Oh yahh mah fwiend and I uuhhh we wantz BC becuz we wantz to be coolios. We cant afford BC tho so... Can we getz for fwee?"
No. Roblox is getting money from BC members (Of all types, names and sizes[:P]) and its various sponsors (the business ads you see as a NBC) to keep Roblox free to the NBC players.
The only way a person could have a specialized payment option would be like "Pay $__.__ per day for BC each day," where BC costs a certain amount per day for the user. This would not be a very easy thing to execute though, because if the user doesn't pay back to back days it will freak out the server, possibly resulting in a malfunction in the system.
Also, don't forget the scammers who will abuse the system to have a cheaper payment option for BC.
Either way, NO SUPPORT.
