I looked through one of the warehouse windows and saw a line of G.U.N trucks surrounding the building. "How'd they find us?" I asked the other hedgehog (forgot i never asked his n.ame.)
Surge
"Dunno, but right now we need a way out." He says. "How fast can your board go?"
Darkfire
I smirked. "You got no idea." I said smuggly. I summoned my board and hopped on. "It only lets me ride it though. Will you be able to get out on your own if i distract them?"
Surge
"Ya. there's a sewer pass that leads straight out of the city. Meet me at the city barricade, west side. Name's Surge by the way."
Darkfire
"Darkfire. I'll be there in 10." I said. He pried open the grate and hopped down. "Let's ride!" I burst through the doors and ran over a soldier. Two flying machines came at me and started shooting gatlings. One bullet grazed my arm. "Easy now!!" I yelled in rage. I summoned small energy bursts in each hand and destroyed the bots. "What else 'ya got?" I leaped over the trucks and zoomed down the highway. "Stupid cops." I said under my breath as i rode toward the west. |
