We all know how much a BC'er can get in toruble with before a ban, even more for a TBC'er, and then even more with an OBC'er! The problem is that when they purchase it, it gives them a barrier of protection, we call this Ban-Protection.
--Ban-Protection--
People who purchased a form of Builders Club and is given a barrier of protection from certain things NBC'ers wouldn't get in trouble for; based upon the amount and/or form of BC in which they bought.
--Reasons of its Unfairness--
1. A OBC'er could post vulgure stuff and get away with it, when a NBC'er posts it and gets a week ban, or a perma-ban.
2. Mods love money, so whoever spends money gets protection.
3. Jaredvaldez, a guy who copies places and it famous. He has tons of ALTS in which each has given OBC (Lifetime, not for sure) which loads the Mods pockets and gives him near invincibility.
4. Just Unfair in general.

Very untrue, my main VoidHack had OBC for awhile. Which given me protection in situations of which I knew a NBC'er would've been banned.
--Mods--
Mods will deny this, but they know they give a lot of slack to the people who purchase and give hundreds of dollars to them. Which causes them giving them loads of slack and a huge benefit of the doubt factor!
--Nutshell--
This needs to stop, it is totally unfair; it causes arguements and unfairness due to the fact a OBC'er with lifetime could say stuff that an NBC'er or BC'er could get banned for almost instantaneously. |

I totally understand this. Although I only once offended the rules in a very minor way, Im sure an NBCer WOULD have gotten a ban for at least a day. This IS totally unfair. NBCers should be protected from bans as much as anyone else should be. OBCers SOMETIMES are greedy, rude people who care only for money and hats. And guess what? They don't get banned for being rude. If a mod reads this, and thinks it is offensive. Please forgive me, I always re-read my posts before entering it. And also, I totally support NBCers. |

It's not unfair, your just paranoid. I got banished for "scamming" other ROBLOXian's, because I participated in a trade everyone else was doing. Oh yeah, did I mention... I was a BC, lost a week of my month. ROBLOX is just stupid... |

I agree that there is a problem, but you are essentially blowing the situation out of proportion. No form of builder's club membership offers complete protection from moderation.
The best example of this is the one you so graciously provided, Jaredvaldez.
We all know him. Most of us hate him. I am one of the maybe 10% who actually doesn't hate him, because the things he does ARE NOT AGAINST THE RULES. What he does, just as an f.y.i, is take places that are uncopylocked. Then you idiots rush in, call him a hacker, spam-report him, and basically just make fools out yourselves in the process. Then the admins respond to avoid fallout. What they should do is ban the idiots who reported him. As they cannot do that with so many idiots, however, they ban him. Mistake number one.
Another example would be myself. I was banned for using four *'s in a comment. Thought that was fine. Nope! Three day ban.
My point here is that the argument you are trying to make here is invalid, and meant to start a flame war.
Just stop it.

Actually, that is completely untrue. Or, MOSTLY untrue. Sure, the mods CAN be biased, and they have their reasons. But I got banned for saying a word that wasn't inappropriate whatsoever. It's the equivalent of the word racism, but it has to do with genders. I was banned a minute after I posted a comment with that word in it. And guess what that proves? You can't get away with saying vulgar things, the site will track it down! And also, jaredvaldez doesn't really break the rules that much. When he does, he does get banned.

--There may not be any written rule that states that copying games is prohibited, but that does not make it right or okay. Frankly, I agree with most people: Jaredvaldez needs to stop. It's ridiculous. What's worse, he never regards the original creator [i.e., he never gives them credit]. It's a scam to get more tix and robux. Additionally, he changes the name and picture of his games, thus deceiving players. It's wrong, and unfair to other players.

You are really just paranoid. Everybody is biased. And guess what. There are mistakes in the system as well. The 'ban protection' is also minor. There are many Lifetime OBC'ers that do get banned, but not permanately. Mostly because they don't actually do much to break the rules.
Do you know how many times I've been banned? Guess what. Almost all the times I got banned was because of a mistake. The ROBLOX chat filter will auto ban anybody it sees that says something inapropriate for an approrpriate amount of time. |
