Hi. I wanted to buy tbc but i'm not gonna untill i get my problem fixxed. Everytime I play a game about 1 - 5 minutes into the game everything freezes, sometimes the only thing that can move is me. It stays like this untill it says you have lost connection to the game. It's on every game and its annoying. I tried to lower the quality by going on roblox studio and putting the quality of the materials on meduim and low. Please help admins or mods so I can buy TBC. |

I have a new Toshiba laptop and it's windows vista I think. I noticed the roblox website is slow too, like when i click a button it takes like 5 - 10 seconds or more before it reacts. This dosnt happen anywhere else. |

Well that could be many probloems. But considering the fact is new and it a vista, the cance of a computer error is limited. Its more than likly a ethernet problem. try reseting your ethernet and see how it goes. If that doesn work try dowlanding the newest edition for your browser. |

Yeah, Its probably because of low bandwith. I have windows vista home premium and a speed stream modem. Most games with more than 2 people on the server makes me lose connection. It's been happening more to my friends and me recently. It hopefully will be fixed or at least improved. |

Roblox isnt going to fix anything- they are too busy counting their money and making hats and gear. |

Its a connection problem, not a lag or graphic problem. You either A) have a low internet connection signal or B)Your ethernet signal is messed up. ROBLOX cant't fix your internet signal, but if this is happening with ROBLOX and not your signal, thye most likely will fix it soon. I highly doubt its ROBLOX though... |

It is happening to a lot of people, but usually it goes away. If it keeps happening its a signal problem.
Put your mouse over the computer icon on the lower right corner and check how many bars there are... |

But seriously. If I was the developers of roblox, I would know that if the game is broke, and people can't play it, they won't buy extra stuff, therefore they don't get money. Why wont they fix it? They act like they don't know what's wrong with the game. The developers - all of them are lazy? Even their bosses? That's hard to believe, that everybody is that lazy, to at least patch something. If it had to do with them, as in if builders club was broken, or something like that, they'd patch it up in 3 seconds. Remember when it took them like a year to patch the triple hat glitch? And they didin't even patch it. It was a good idea not to patch it but that just shows that they can't do stuff. Really, it makes me mad. I'm just saying its really hard to believe everybody is THAT lazy. Oh, and don't tell me they are too busy making hats and gear. They have seperate people to develop hats and gear and stuff... |

You either have low bandwidth (bad internet connection, not very fast) or you have an old/laggy computer. Also, windows Vista is a terrible operating system. You can upgrade to Windows 7 online for only about 100$ |

Um, this computer is new I just bought it like a week ago, learn to read, also I said also i had full bars. And I'm not paying freakin 100$ just to freakin play a game for little kids. And then have to pay more for a builders club. This is making me mad, roblox is even more annoying than before |

Stop trying to be cool cause your not. It's roblox's stupid updates. They won't fix them so I guess it's over with I cant play roblox.
It's only on this computer, and other computers work with it and they use the same internet acess as mine. This is a BRAND NEW laptop so why won't it work. Answer : roblox updates. |
