Just be glad you got there. I swear, to many fans are spoiled these days. When the 49ers lost to the Giants, heck yes, I was hurting because of Williams, but I sucked it up, and looked on the bright side. Muffin, why are you even talking about this at this time? The world series was back in October, it's a new season, and you have a great team.

@jimbo tato made a texas rangers choke joke so i made that thread. it all happened last night. people are now bumping it so it sorta looks like i recently made it today. and i'd rather miss the playoffs than lose the WS. IN MY FREAKING OPINION WHICH SEEMS TO BE SOMEHOW WRONG LATELY.

example from my life: wanna know what hurts more than knowing that the flames were literally robbed by the refs of the game winning goal in game 6 in 2004? not making the playoffs the last 2 years i don't care if we get swept in the first round, i just want the flames to make it there

I find the Sharks being 1-8 in WCF games worse. Since you get the same feel, but none of the pride for next season. When you make it to the finals, you get the pride of being the best in the confrence. When you lose in the Confrence Finals..... No pride same hurt.
