HELP! The BC confirguration for my game is gone weird!

Ok so I set my game to be non BC ( a.k.a minimum BuildersClub required none) yet whenever a non BC tries to play it, it says they need BC. Any help?

None of your places are BC... OH, maybe because someone was in your game while it was previously BC so they couldn't Join -.-"
