Mods who delete another account should be deleted themselves. They ruin Roblox for everyone, especially new people who don't know any better.
Account deletions is a horrible idea. Bans are enough, but deletions are too much! Think of alts. The more deletions there are, the more alts there would be. With just bans, the banned ones will be more satisfied since they aren't gone permenantly.
With deletions, the alts would ruin Roblox due to raging about there main. They also have trouble catching up to their main account, which is a bummer since some of the items their main has might not be sold anymore!
Bans are enough, but they should add up in this order:
1. 1 warning
2. 6 hour ban
3. 1 day ban
4. 3 day ban
5. 1 week ban
6. 1 month ban
7. 2 month ban
8. 1 year ban
9. 2 year ban
And so on, adding 1 year for each extra offence.
Some mods put it like this, which happened to my main:

My point is that account deletions would make Roblox worse than it is (not that Roblox is terrible anyways). With a deletion, it's all over. More deletions = more alts = Roblox is ruined. Less deletions = less alts = more fun for the people. |

Deletions are good.
They keep the players from wanting to play again (some times).
But we could do a better banning system.
For example; Like mutes.
1 Day Mute
3 Day Mute
Mutes could include no-speaking for that time period.
By speaking it is;
Foruming
Messaging
Chatting
Commenting
Status Updates
Place Chat
..etc |

I figured out that after awhile, they just give up and stop deleting your accounts. Or was that just me? |

Mods use the power in excessive. They delete accounts for the following:
1. minor spam
2. bumping a thread
3. calling Telemon a noob, but then stopping
My main was deleted for minor spam, so that's deletion in excessive. |

The have gave me: 7 warnings| 5 1 day bans |1 2 week bans 2| 1 week bans |

I would agree, but the max ban should be a month.
Banning for a year or 2, or more than 1 month will make people quit in general.
