Waiting for Character...Orly?

My friend is complaining to me that, when playing a game, his screen gets stuck on Waiting for Character. He appears to be able to see the chat, but not to join the game itself. When asking for help, I thought to come here and explain the situation. I believe I may be right in saying that he could, in theory, reinstall ROBLOX (answer to similar problems) or to reset his internet connection and check his protection system. However, I would first like verification from you that doing either actions is a possibility to solving the problem. He has tried neither so far. I request your help. Dssdundonald.

This happens to me, and reinstalling ROBLOX doesn't fix it. Neither does launching the game from Chrome, Internet Explorer or the ROBLOX Browser. Shutting off the firewall doesn't stop it either. I think it is caused by the new games algorithm (relevance) somehow malfunctioning.

It's definitely ROBLOX. I've tried it on three different computers, turned off my antivirus, reinstall ROBLOX twice and tried it on the ROBLOX Browser, Internet Explorer and Chrome. All with no success.

Same problem, I can play small games with only few people, but larger games like Fort Vulcan 3.0 wont load up for me, and before the updates they did.

Soon I'm going to reset my router to see if it does anything, but at the moment any game is too large.

it is probably just the computer, try a different computer if you have one.

I really think all us with this problem should contact mods and report it alot to fix it because I don't think roblox knows its major because some peoples game works.
