These two things annoy the crap out of me.
Heres how it SHOULD be.
-If an OP gets CDed, the thread is removed. CDed threads just take up space and confuse people.
-OPs in S&I cannot be user-locked. All they result in is spam. Commonly, rules for dumb groups. And since BCers can only own groups, the posts tend to be invincible, sitting there, laughing in the face of those who want to rip into the poster.
