I think this is a good idea and i give it support but it's easily abusable, also alot of people actually lie about their birthdays when they join roblox to avoid becoming a safechatter or even worse! D: I dont think it should give robux/tix i think it should give a hat.. Just a hat because currently you cant trade hats from one account to the other.
