I wake up in my comfy bed to the smell of fish cooking. My parents must be up. I jump out and rush towards the kitchen. "Mom! Dad! What's for breakfast besides fish?" I ask. My mom pulls out a dish full of buttermilk and gives it to me. I grin. I should've known that this day was too good to be true. |
