UCR High Rank Reform~Post Support [UNOFFICIAL]

NOTE* written in past tense. UCR has now decided to move onto a new high rank system. Now our Directorates pick two Officers every five weeks to become their Contractor. This rank is a training rank where you will be taught by your Directorate to become one of them. Then, Cake will decide the top Contractors and promote them to Directorate. You must prove yourself worthy to a Directorate before they pick you as their Contractor. Then, you must prove yourself to all the Directorates and to Cake. Then together they will decide who should move onto become one of them. Then as one of them you can pick two Contractors if you want and teach them. If you teach them well they have a higher chance of succeeding. Having a Contractor is optional. You can have two, one or none at all. Support; if it did happen to occur, would all the old Contractors get demoted if they weren't picked? Or would an entire new set replace the old ones? I've seen tons of Contractors that have gone past the 2-week term by a long shot

UMG that is my idea, but instead of them being a contractor right away. We the people should vote for who should be a new contractor.. :) so the directorate decides the candidates. [{~VT205~}]

I have been examining UCR members for several months and based off activeness, loyalty and leadership I picked these few people. I picked you for your activeness but just like many people in UCR your voice goes unheard to most of the clan. I feel you have many good things inside of you but ones you cannot accomplish with you position in the clan.

@Sddwe Part of the Directorate positions are being given to inactive members and some are being given to hired High Ranks. This system itself is very good and forces low ranks to try to get close to High Ranks. This would lead to more active bases when High Ranks are around. [UPDATE] CakeTheory can also promote people he has hired to be HRs to be HRs. This will be in the form of Wild Card picks. They have no teacher but they have an equal chance to becoming a Directorate and a full-fledged HR. People he hires should be promoted under his consent and if he feels not to he is not obliged to.

He could hold trainings for the other side of the world. DarkLuigiLType [inactive]-One of our smartest members and one of the maturest as well. One of UCR's best fighters and has been always helping UCR out with his skills in leadership. Atrixeagle1 Mariorex6464 [inactive]-This one is negotiable, I always see him Sddwe1 X001 [left a while ago]-This was an accident, I meant to replace this person with Swordmaker but I forgot to, old list. TDFall (As in UCR Tradition) TheEvidence Diablosblok [demoted]-This one is negotiable, I saw nothing in him but I saw others saw highly of him so I put him here. TheRedcoat Nimna [lolwut]-As you may or may have not noticed I've set up an entire Final Battle Team and recruited all the fighters into it and some into UCR. I also was the first person to bring up the idea of a The Black Shield try out which is a very popular thing these days. As it would be easier to help the clan from an elevated position I thought it would be just. Also I forgot Dylan2225. I put myself on this list after C&Ping but forgot to copy Dylan.

I like your idea, Ninma, ive told allot of the members my story i have worked hard throughout the UCR history,I will never betray UCR,but others deserve the rank more than me as my finals are next week so ill be less active.
