The demotion to a rank that allows to do nothing AT ALL will either get them to think about what they have done wrong, and not ever do it again, or leave. If he/she leaves. Why should I care? If he/she stays, and ever does it again, then it was a very good punishment. But if he/she decides to do it again, he/she will be exiled

1.A Magistratus is a person of law and loyalty who's purpose is to help maintain the ROC Rules.
2. If you see 2 people fighting for no reason or they just don't like each other report to the Imperator.
3. You will get exiled or punished for possibility of lying.
4. You still report him/her and do what's best for the clan not yourself.
5. As a Magistratus you adware not high than a high rank but, doesn't mean a High rank can tell you not to report him
6. The rules are simply not to team kill, listen to superiors, be respectful to all ranks HRs included, follow orders, not to free promote if a high rank, do not random demoted.
7. In my own words it a man/woman of justice and loyalty to the clan. A law in forcer.
8. You tell them to stop at once if they keep doing it make a report and decal for proof.
9. By doing what's best for the clan and never leaving.
10. As a high rank I in force rules anyway I can get the job done.

Can we report Magistratus doing the wrong thing by doing what the 2 members fighting are doing. |

1.) Give me a whole summary of what I've just said above ^
(Enforce the laws or be banned. Never be a hypocrite. Enforce the laws grammatically and sweetly(as in not meanly) and please you)
2.) You see 2 people fighting, what do you do?
(You say "Please guys, stop fighting or I'll have to report this"
3.) If you forget to take a decal of your report, what do you do?
(Automatically give a decal and accept punishment)
4.) If your best friend did something against the rules of RoC, what do you do?
(report him even though he is your friend because you must never slack off)
5.) Are you a higher rank than a HR in RoC?
(Magistrates are not but if you are wondering if my origina rank is it isn't. I'm not in RoC but I am SiC of RoC1B which is official and looked over by guugy, one of your magistrates. We have 1000 members)

(There are alot of rules but one primary rule I'd say is to respect all people above and below your rank)
7.) What is a Magistrate? (In your own words)
(A magistrate does what he's told and help bear the loads of people like you by moderating. One person can't moderate everything.
8.) How will you ask people to stop doing something bad?
(Same as No. 2)
9.) How will I know you're trustworthy?
(To tell the truth, you can't. But through consistency of doing the right thing we are able to gain trust.)
10.) How will I know you enforce rules of RoC?
(Sir, I'm not sure you can exactly but through constant good-call situations you can figure that out.)
