[RSF] Leader's Division, General Reform:

Everyone of us has strengths. But all-in-all, we each have something we are great at doing, in RSF. The idea of the reform is as such; every command rank [Head General+ and possibly GENs as well] will be assigned a specific part of running RSF. I'm not going to give you a job that you dislike, so that's why I made this forum. If this turns out to be a bunch of words, then at least we all have decent titles, based on our strengths. Nevertheless- I'd like it to work, if that's at all possible. Example of what I'm thinking- [2iC] Bongoheaddom; War Commander, Head of the HRA [3iC] Michaelmazzitti; Diplomatic Relations, High-Rank Head Council [4iC] Pieface013bi; Recruitment Director, Head of Member Relations And so forth. We would assign each General a job, to go along with their title. [Example, pie could start a recruitment based program with rewards for how many people you recruit.] Again, the 3 examples I gave were just random. If you are a RSF General, please post what field/s you are interested in, and creative titles. Once this is complete, Colonels will be assigned to each task/job as well. Hopefully, we can give each and everyone of you an enjoyable reason to not get off the computer. -FB

YOU'RE NOT A WIZARD?! BLASPHEMY. In all seriousness, it needs a reforming bad. No I'm not going all like "ogm i get refrm or I rebeel11!!" It's only combat oriented. Fix it when you CAN not when other tell you to. I'm just offering my opinion

rwar, I'll probably put this in the HRa description or something: basically, until the GUI that BAUER is making that will help us properly record HRa promotions, I will not be running the group, just owning it. Once it is out, however, my first priority will be a whole new set of guides for the trainees, trainers, and GT'ers. Just you wait. ;) -RSF, 2iC-

Fruit, I was thinking on controlling the more defending parts of RSF. Like such in raids against Arvore, sort of taking Liss's place in Raven Guard not like i'll be as good but still have a wide grasp of the members so that we are mostly safe from harms way of other clans; and stay sustained. -General ST3-
