---INTRO---
Moderation.
It's that thing that keeps Roblox in tight shape. It weeds out the inappropriate, the annoying, and the stupid. But recently, several issues have shown themselves with the moderation sect of the site. These issues include, but are not limited to, Fairness, Appropriate punishments, the Filter, and False Bans.
---Fairness---
That's a term we all like. Right? Fairness. It gives a warm fuzzy feeling. That "everything is as it should be" feeling. Such is not the case when dealing with moderation. NBCers receive instant and often times extreme or unneeded (But we'll cover that later) moderation. But at the same time, BCers end up getting away with things that should result in severe punishment. While I realize BC paid, rules are rules. There should be no favoritism because someone paid.
Look at it like this.
A rich man and a poor man both steal a DVD player from a video store.
By the current logic here, the rich man would receive a stern "Don't do it again!" while the poor man would get 20 years in prison.
But maybe I'm wrong.
My opinion of the mods would probably be a lot better if they were more active in the community.
So my suggestion?
Make moderation FAIR.
If a BCer hacks, ban em.
If a BCer constantly PAs, ban em.
If a BCer trolls, ban em.
If a NBCer hacks, ban em.
If a NBCer constantly PAs, ban em.
If a NBCer trolls, ban em.
---Appropriate Punishments---
We've all received a warning or gotten CDed for something we didn't think was worth it. Right? It annoys the heck out of us. We weren't being rabble rousers. We didn't think there was anything wrong. OR! We simply stated an opinion (Note: Without being rude in it, of course) and we got in trouble. The moderators have all screwed up once or twice. And that's fine, because we are all human. But. Shouldn't we think before we ban, moderators? Get a second opinion?
---The Filter---
Ah, there's something we all hate! :D
From a common mistyping of "shut" to an accidental Auto-Correct, we've all nearly gotten in trouble with this clunky filter. Yet, there are some who know how to get around the filter. Adding periods, speaking leet, adding spaces. Trolls often get around our steel fortress of a filter. (sarcasm). The filter catches things it doesn't need to, and completely misses the big stuff.
Apparently we already have a learning filter. But obviously, if it worked, the hundreds of comments that say "POST DIS ON 9999 HATS TO GET FREE OBC!!!11!!" would be deleted by now.
So my suggestion?
Make a learning filter that actually works. One the adapts to catching bypasses, one that recognizes spam, and one that ultimately enriches the community.
---False Bans---
So recently I got a warning for NOT posting something. The filter caught a word that I didn't expect to be blocked, so naturally, I'd expect the blockage was enough, right?
Nope. Chuck Testa.
A day later, I found my account had received a warning. Regardless of the severity, I was basically put in double jepeoardy. (spelling?) I received moderary (new word) action twice when the first was sufficient.
Honestly, if they just freaking told you what you did wrong, wouldn't this whole issue not happen?

Please read the community guidelines.
Roblox had said that they will not be bias against BCs
They mentioned that they will not be lenient on BCs and will not refund them if their account is terminated.
Well your comparison was indeed reality and I agree with that.
But we can't do anything about the 'government's' decision.

First idea- Of course they say they aren't biased.
But all the stories from other users have proven otherwise.
Third idea- In the way of not talking about bans? Honestly, some of the rules and filtered words go completely go against S&Is purpose, and they make it difficult to convey what we are suggesting.
I guess it's inevitable. |

Oh well,I wasn't BC and they had warned me for over 5 times on roblox.
But the most I received was just a one day ban.
Guess I should be happy.

Sometimes,people just bypass the filter by censoring parts of the cuss word,
Only to get caught,reported and banned.
Or their obsession to start an unnecessary flame war or spam.
Well,what could you expect from bots?
Oh,and I'm already so darn happy that they're using bots instead of mods.
I don't want to wait for almost an hour just to have my post up.

The only thing I don't like is that the bots won't freaking tell us what is wrong with our posts.
