It helps drown out the spam... So i doubt roblox will remove it. Spam would increase rapidly.

Well tehpwner Not many people report spam,as they consider it not an acutal 'rule breaking' on roblox. To be honest almost 2/10 times i see someone breaking the rules, i don't report it. And many other people will be the same.
