Try the same as me, make a new profile on the pc, not another acc. I can play it on the other profile.

That's what I did. When I said "account" I meant Profile.

on m computer it comes up then says failed to connect to game (ID=17) it really sucks. i had my favorite game on here to.

DO you have a AMD proccesor? well I do and many of the people that have a AMD procesor have this problem. I got: Windows XP Profesional server Pack 3 Amd Turion 64x2 Mobile and other stuff I dont realy want to talk about.

@above Nope.avi AMD doesn't change anything. I got an AMD Athlon 2 X4 and I dont have any problems.

ik your problem becaues i have same thing u need to dig deep into your computer and find the installation click it re-install roblox resetcomputer and it should work

I figured it out a few days ago, it's my graphics card, I need a new one. I think this may be a main solution for most of your problems including mine. Hope this helps some of you guys. You may not need a new one, you may just have to update it.

Oh found it, to update or reinstall go: Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager. Look for the items with a yellow question mark, you can try reinstalling or updating by Double Clicking, or right click.
