Mabye just accounts 13+ should get the badge? Not saying people under 13 are bad but they would probably report someone saiying "noob" and that would waste the admin's time. Then when their badge level gets to zero they could just make a new account. I know people could make their accounts 13+ anyway but nothing can be perfect.

Players could make a 13 account. It's best for everyone to be able to use them.

Support, also to get trusted, you must get 5-25 reports passed to get the bronze badge before you get the reports.
