Entering game issues [read this please]

When you know I'm entering a game, and I also hear an error sound like I don't where it's coming from and then the game isn't loading the server (the toolbar at the bottom with start doesn't have "Roblox" shows up) and I tried canceling,and it's still the same and same with other people they have the same issues As me,I also tried sending the "Roblox" team a message but that didn't help me at all.

Roblox is still a small company. You best bet is with the rest of the community, albeit, a horrible one. Try re-installing Roblox. Make sure you do a reboot, if you didn't already. This helps clear out the temporary stuff you would hate to deal with. If that doesn't work, re-post, and I'll put some other stuff for you to try out.

For example when I'm clicking the play button at the bottom of the game I open the server and you know everything loads,then the loading 100% gets stuck and the server refused to open I exit and tried it again and it's been the same theres also a post about this.

Roblox is actually still quite small. There may be a lot of accounts, but over half of them are either alts, or people who have quit. Compared to some of the bigger games, Roblox is very tiny in comparison. And I'm pretty sure they don't have too many people hired, and so they can't keep track of everything. If it doesn't load, I have no idea. I have to be physically using your computer to figure stuff out. That's just how I operate.

Roblox Severs Are Being Updates To more advanced servers so Internet TPPC Traffic Is having a hard time with loading server .TPC's so mabey u can try updating an internet server or enable TPPC search In internet options (if U Know Nothing about ttpc DO NOT mess with internet options :P)
