Mesh Rotation Request

There needs to be to rotate a mesh. It will only help people in building. There is no downsides. At least with solid rotate it doesn't have to have every angle. Is there a script that can do so? Please give support or any advice? I understand I can C-Frame to rotate a the mesh but in what I'm trying to make it would mess up the whole project.
