I walked over to the music store then up to this piano. I couldn't help it so I began to play the song I justfinished learning. It soundedreally good on this piano, my piano was really old and some keys didn't make a sound so you had to press them more than once. This piano sounded awesome, then a thought came to my head. 'Would dad let me get a new piano?' |

Maria and her family quickly ate their food, chatting over it. Most of the time it was about TV and what George watched and what they should do on Thanksgiving. And there was barely any "Pass the knives, please." or "Pass the rolls, please." They just passed it absently and continued their large chatter. Then Billy brought up something that made Maria, George, and Dean smile and eat faster."We should decorate the house, full on lights outside and in, and then have a party a few weeks before. Almost like last year, huh?"Mari and then agreed and soon, Lily was cleaning up."Carlos, honey, Max stays on the couch because he says it's easier to get up but we have an extra bed in the basement. It's a really festive basement and it used to be Billy's man cave but I told him it was going to be a guest room. So, the TV remote is under the TV, I think, or maybe under the bed because Billy hides it. But, uh, the bathroom is beside the closet and there is a key to the room on the dresser. Have fun in there, hon'!"She said, grabbing the plates and walking to the kitchen with them. |

I looked at the piano wishing it was mine. Then my dad called and said he wanted my home. So on my way home I passed this tiny restaurant that was closed. "Huh? Thats weird..." I said wondering why it was closed. I studied it for awhile then got going on my way. I went inside. "Hi dad," I said to him when I walked into the house. "Vanessa, where were you?" he asked me as he chopped up some peppers. "Sorry dad, I was at the music store down the street." He looked at me, "What were you doing there?" I hesitated for a minute then answered, "I was looking at pianos..." I said going upstairs and sitting in my bedroom. |

Maria got into the bathroom before the guys so she took it over. She took a shower, got dressed, blow-dried her hair, brushed her hair, and brushed her teeth, all in 30 minutes. When she opened the door, the boys trampled each other inside and pushed her hair out. She rolled her eyes at their fighting of who can take it now and headed to her room. She hummed to herself and turned on the radio but turned it low to where it was very quiet. She grabbed her laptop and started playing weird games on it. Meanwhile, the boys got Lily's attention and she told Dean to take a bath in the morning because the other two went to school. Dean listened to his Mommy and she picked him up and carried him off to his room. She changed the guy in PJ's and rested him in his toddler bed. Finally, after a couple stories, he fell asleep. George took a shower, changed, and brushed his teeth. He didn't care about his hair and before long, the house was quiet. Well, actually, the only noise you could hear was the music playing and Maria's game making that weird noise. |
