Thread Lock [Read Before Posting]

In posts created by people like: Trolls, Spammers, Advertisers, and all the other stuff nobody wants, their would be a way to Lock the thread in a couple of ways. 1: Vote Lock. After their are many Votes on the Thread to Lock it. It would be locked. 2: Reported Lock. After the thread is [Content Deleted], it would be Locked, and therefore nobody could post more "Rage" on it. 3: Creator Lock. The option to simply Lock your own threads 4: Mod Lock. After a thread either: Dies, Is troll Spammed, Has Flame War on it, etc. The thread would be Locked. 5: F5 Spam Lock. If a thread is F5 spammed by users to create more publicity, it would be locked after a certain amount of time. Locking posts is the removal of commenting on it, therefore, posting anything on it would be Disabled. This is already seen in some Threads, like Moderators threads about Rules. Support, or No Support?

I'm obviously talking about threads like: "Big bangkamehamehaisepic" which had over 3 million views. From F5 spam. Also, Mod-Bots can check Viewer Readings. To see how long they were in before leaving. It would flood the bots and content delete and Lock it. Also, don't be a noob. Noob.
