"Sir, the man is here." The guard said, as the man walked in, leaning at his staff.
"Good. Dismissed." His Highness said, turning at the balcony.
"As you know, mister, I have called you for a quest. That quest, is to hunt down the agent the opposing kingdom has sent us."
He said quietly.
"Our kingdom is in peril. Most of our nobles are being hunted down, and one day, even I would be hunted. I want you to bring me," He said, turning back at the man, "His head." |

I smirk a bit and draw a rune, Irdor. An extremely long whip of ice extends from my hands and fly towards the man. One wraps around his right leg while the other wraps around his right arm. Once they get a hold of him, I pull with all my strength. "No, no! I haven't finished yet!" |

I had reached the end of the city, though there was a thin scatter of houses and huts. It was mostly forest anyway. |

I finally get to a small town, and go to the tavern. I have... No money. I forgot to take it from the bandits. I need more work. Well, for now, I use the old trick of pickpocketing the owner and paying for a room and a drink with his own money. I go to bed, for the first time knowing that I won't find a note when I get up. |

"Too many people!" I mutter, noticing al lthe people dodging in and out of the forest. Her forest. They trampled the plants, forging paths through forbidden places. If anything attacked them there...she wouldn't help them. They certainly deserved it. I disappear back into the main tree line, zigging and zagging as I make my way to the lake. |

I wake up not to a note after a few days of contracts, but another assassin.
"You're an official assassin. With a high rank. We saw you. We decided that you have done well as an assassin, and Ave can be... Hot headed. So congratulations. Although, people are being suspicious as our influence increases and there is hardly a moment where nobody is outside the HQ and going inside. We need a new place for assassins to go, and you will need to help along with the other highly ranked assassins." |

After a while, I finally begin travelling. Apparently, my job is starting to require out-of-town work. Oh well. It was something that I needed anyways. I travel along roads and sometimes forests, just to see what it's like. |
