Sorry, but I don't support you. Restricting more of the freedom of NBC users will deplete the amount of players on ROBLOX, resulting in less people getting BC.

So, you have to pay to post an idea on the forums? No, never. Some of the NBCers have good ideas. Now, going to a broader subject. So, you have to be BC to roleplay, talk about ROBLOX, post on off-topic, talk about their clans, talk about issues they're having with the game, help people in scripting / building.
