Whenever I went into editing a script I noticed that it looks neater but, will we have a better script editor?
Also whenever I quit the script editor window, my explorer, output and others didn't appear back. |

Pros:
Speed:
This version of the Roblox studio runs much faster than the previous version on my computer.
Appearance:
The look and feel of this version is much more appealing.
Insert Toolbox:
This allows for much faster editing of places. I like this feature a lot.
Cons:
Rotation:
I noticed that rotate doesn't work as expected. I personally would expect 'R' to rotate parts along the X and Z axes. Currently it seems to be determined by the direction the camera is facing and the towards the Y axis.
Toolbox Snapping:
The current way the toolboxes snap looks nice but is not as practical as what it was in the older studio version. I was moving the insert toolbox around and it would snap into place when I didn't want it to. The areas for snapping should be made smaller and their location should be shown.
Toolbox Suggestions:
There is no way to allow toolboxes to auto hide. I have placed the insert toolbox on the left hand side and it will hide only when I am using the web explorer or the script editor. This is not what I would prefer because the tabs will move back and forth as I script and edit a place. It would be just as good if there was a "pin" options such as that found on the Eclipse toolboxes or the Visual Studio toolboxes.
This version of the Roblox studio is much better than the last in my opinion. I can't wait for the script editor to be further updated but, the few updates for it I have noticed are wonderful.

EDIT: I'm not sure how the rotation of objects is handled but, it would be much better if it was along the X and Z axes and in one direction. |

Normal Windows precaution. Roblox didn't sign this program so Windows' default action is to warn you that it 'could' harm your computer. If you feel that Roblox would send a virus to their consumers than you can scan the program before running it.

First time trying to run the downloaded executable:

Started it from the start menu and got a similar error, but from the version file.
I won't work and I keep getting this error. |
