For Roblox Studio 2.0 Runtime Issue FIX

This fix is a fix for Windows 7 with the Runtime error when starting the launcher. Right click the Launcher and click Properties. Go to compatibility and click Run in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3 and run as admin. It will work, but it will be buggy. After that, you can now go to the AppData folder and find the beta folder and run the studio from there. I hope all of that made sense.
