Here goes. This is what I'll post in the final draft of my idea.
D-Day was leaked to Germany and it failed, allowing them to take over the world. Or most of it. America surrendered in 1945 and was given North Dakota and a small portion of Canada in exchange for American citizens for soldiers and protecting the new America. Japan has all of Asia, the Pacific and Oceania (Australia and neighboring countries and islands.) It is 2013 and technology has advanced superbly. Italy has southern Europe, and all of Africa. Russia has been divided between Germany, Japan and Italy. The Middle East is fully controlled by Germany. The British Isles are fully controlled by Germany. Americans are rebelling along with the rest of the few free countries.
RULES:
My word is law. If you fight the law, the law wins.
First person to join and afterwards post is admin. I can explain if it gets to be a problem. Or whoever I choose.
Don't be overpowered.
You are in America.
Use common sense. I ran out of rules to make.

Appearance: Black short hair, blue-grey eyes, 6 foot 1, medium build.
Weapons: A stolen G36c. My fists.
Bio: An American with two German parents, he has come to respect the N.azi regime. However, after they killed his best friend for smuggling weapons, he grew a newfound hate. He has friends in both the German and U.S. military.

Also, cops don't wear bulletproof vests all the time. Change your Desert Eagle to "Desert Eagle .44" so it's not .50 caliber.) |

(Sounds interesting,the rebel part kinda reminds me of Hunger Games.
Although i am not fully sure of how this is going to work,i'll join anyway.)

Barry - I was enjoying life as we know it strolling down the street. Some guy runs past me with a backpack half-open. A paper falls out and I pick it up. He doesn't notice. It talks about rebelling against the N.azis and meeting at a church. This guy could get killed if the police found out! I call back, "Hey! You're backpack's open!" I walk over and show him the paper as he's zipping his bag up. I whisper, "You get killed! What're you thinking?" We converse and I eventually decide to meet up at the church. I start walking along. |

Job: Infantry Officer
Bio: His great-grandparents were from Russia, and after the fall of Stalingrad and Moscow, they fled to the United States as immigrants. Before they fled, a wounded tank sergeant in a hospital gave his Grandmother(who at the time was a nurse) the scematics for a gun which would have become the AK-47 if the Allies had won the war. These gun sketches were kept in Vlad's family for many years untill his father passed away and left him them in his will. Vlad then had the gun manufactured for him because he thought it was more reliable than the M16 issued to most in the army. It was made in the year 2012 so he gave it the name Ak-12 (Automatic Kosak 2012) |

I look up from the wall I am leaning against and I overhear 2 kids talking about some revolution and then run off. I follow behind them casualy, trying not to draw any attention to myself. |

Appearance: Tanned skin, uncombed black hair, black eyes, a lean figure, slight build
Weapons(use common sense.): Hatchet, several knives, wooden archery set
Bio(recommended): Carter is indian in ancestry, and his dad is fond of the past ways. His family has a family farm, indicating where he got the tanned skin. His father also worked on the farm, but in his free time, he would show Carter how to whittle wood and fletch bows and arrows. |

I sat down on a swing that was located in an old park and took out the book i had been reading.
Later on,i was going to meet up with the rebels in the church a few blocks away,which is why i chose this spot.
My friend had told me about it,and sense i myself was a rebel,in my mind atleast,i decided to go along,too.
So this was my only real deal.

Barry - I need to see what this revolution talk is about. I pass by a German military fuel station. Why wasn't I drafted like everyone else? Something to do with Germany meeting their quota for troops. They have nice outfits, though. In the distance I see the cathedral. That's where this 'revolution' is gonna start. Better keep walking. |

Barry - I kept an eye on those Germans. I look behind me and see someone following me. I'm sure it's just a coincidence, and I keep on going at a slightly faster speed. |

I go over to a hot dog stand on the side of the street and get myself a Kraut Dog. I was hungry plus it would make sure the kid I was following didn't think I was. I watch as he walks towards some church. |

I was near the Church when i fished out the paper Mia had given me and read it to make sure i was going to the right one.
I wasn't really good with direction at times.
I folded up the paper and stuffed it back into a pocket of my jacket.

Barry - I walk past a stand that sells kraut dogs. Heh, Kraut. I reach the church's property. The path into it is right before me. What if there's a pa.ssword? I check the paper. 'Something... p ... revolution.' Oh well. I guess the pa.ssword's revolution. I start my way up the path. |
