Sensory deprivation means you see nothing, you are blnd in a confined space, you hear nothing, they keep you far away from everything, you smell nothing, you feel nothing but cold walls and floor, that is like being mut def and blnd all at the same time
Sleep deprivation, you need sleep, health begins deterirating for prolonged periods without sleep, mentlly and physiclly
