When you are on the group page, click 'Group Admin'. Then you will be taken to a Group Admin Panel. You should then see a box labeled 'Members' under the member that you want to rank up, there will be a option drop down box, select the rank you want them to have and continue on with your day.

In the group admin. You click "Change group ownership", Then type dudiebum10, and click "yes". This will take you to Group Admin part 2, where you can rank people up. Regret nothing, trust no-one.
