I am going to be redoing the permanent data saving system and alot of the tools to improve their functionality and efficiency. In the timeframe it takes me to do so, you will be lacking perma saves ingame.
You may also experience lots of bugs. This shouldn't take long and the outcome should be worth it.
Currently, I am working on the new Sword Maker. You can open it up in the currently uploaded place. It features being able to restore your saved swords to modify them instead of recreating them.
Currently you will only have one ingame save for new sword tool. Sorry.
The gui is under development and I want it to look clean cut.

Also alot of times when you saved a weapon permanently, it didn't hold the new tool updates. The newer version of saves will copy the latest updates into your tools. |

Hmmmm I dont like the limited 1 save but i do like the Were the sword's you have recently made you can modify them! So yes so far so good ENET :3 |

Just updated it to 10 saves :)
As in my older version before perma saves... Now got saves 1-10... There is not a gui object to change save numbers... you have to use t or y
KEY EVENTS FOR SWORDS
-------------------------------------------------------------------
t = increment save id
y = decrement save id
z = activate
x = Load
p = delete(currently being developed sword)
r = restore
Did I mention the new sword script is much cleaner and shorter and a whole lot more efficient.

Also this may take a few days maybe even two weeks to get back to perma saves. I will be rewriting the gun tool, creature tool, and armour tool. So give me some time and be patient. Meanwhile post some ideas for updates to the tools here.

My suggestion for gun maker: Let it be possible for us to build out the 'bullets', maybe? |

Neh, noobs would make massive bullets. If players knew how not to be noobs then maybe. But players are just to nooby.
I just re-updated the game adding the newer GunMaker.
Report any bugs to me.

On further note when I get to the perma-saving of weapons, the newer save method will take less time to load armour.
It will also attempt to make loading objects less likely to only load a section of the object. |

The newer persistent saving will also use less data as it will only save the bricks rather than your whole tool and then when it gets the bricks it will convert them to a tool. Less data being saved/loaded = better chances of a successful server save/load :-) |

There might be a way to make the bullets to work but it would be hard to make it impossible to make nooby ones. I'm wondering and hoping that you might be able to change the brick mesh and make it so the corners are not rounded at small sizes. Also when the updates are complete will we keep our old equipment? |

I was expecting that. :( I have an idea i think could be pretty cool. Some of the swords made by Roblox sheath themselves when you put them away. I thought you might be able to make a brick in armor. When wearing the armor and you put away a sword the sword handle would snap to that brick. I'm not sure how the scripting would be done but i hope you will think about trying. |

Yes...
Tools are being moved to roblox's custom backpack. So you can drag and drop your tools into your backpack however you want.
I finished the basic Sword Maker, Gun Maker, and Armour.
The guis will all be similar so that I can easily manage them in the future.
Next Tool To be Fixed:
+ Creature Tool
+ Controller Tool
Then we will be ready for writing a new save engine :-)
This is gonnah make saves so much smoother.

One more thing I'm wondering is if you can fix the cframe rotation issue. Sometimes if you try to rotate an object then two of the axis will go to one direction. Mostly this is the x and z axis. It's possible to fix this by rotating the block and changing its mesh but that can be quite difficult to do on things like wedges. Please try to fix this. If it is a Roblox problem then please say so. |

@Dark, that's not easy, but you can fix that. Simply, just put it on it's side, it fixes it. |

I have two more suggestions. One is most likely almost impossible. The other one is much more reasonable. The main one is that I think you could add a better coloring tool. One of the ones that uses sliders to determine the color and not some preset colors. I'd really like to be able to get better colors. The implausible suggestion is that you add a sword animation tool. I'm already pretty sure that you'll say no to this though so I mostly hope you add a better coloring tool |
