I search out the female cleric, a little healing power wouldn't be too bad on the journey! I approach her, I see that she is trying to recruit people to fight the Fire Hounds. " Excuse me, Sancti," I call "Would you like to accompany me on a journey to possibly save the world?" |

I chuckle quietly, "I have more things to worry about then 'saving the world' for example, these Fire Hounds are burning are storehouses and many people's homes. Also I would need more information." I call back. |

I run up to her. "You really want to know the nature of the crisis?" I ask her. |
|
|
"I would, but like I said, I have something to deal with first." I say, running off with my group of people to attack the hounds. |
|
|
"Fine." I say while following her. "But after we deal with these things, hear me out." |
|
|
"Of course." I say, "If nothing else decides to attack us." |
|
|
I charge into battle, sword raised in one hand and my metal staff in the other. I had learned a thing or two while practicing my fire magic, one larger flame snuffs out another. I quickly slice one Fire Hound and shoot out a blast of fire at another four, this kills three but the other is still alive, injured. One pounces on my as I was turned and I quickly try to shake it off. It tears into my skin leaving yet another nasty gash. "Get off of my you accursed fiend!" I yell as I bat it off my arm with my staff. |

I swing my sword, viciously cutting through the hounds as quick as I could, but getting to brave and proud. I managed to get get cornered by a circle of maybe 4 of them, but stil more then I could take single handedly. |

I bash another in it's face with my staff and I see Sancti cornered by a few. I shoot another small burst of fire reducing the Fire Hounds surrounding her to two. I turn to face two more that are charging at me. I slice one as it lunges forward while the other catches my sword in it's razor sharp teeth. I curse and start beating it with my staff. |

I slice the remaining two, and then head over to attack the one that held his sword. Then I stood with my back against a wall, and continued to fight off the swarms off hounds. |

I opened my eyes, letting out a silent yawn. I stretched my stiff muscles from standing in the same place. I developed the ability to sleep standing up, and combine that with how I always sleep light, I never really have to leave my post. |

I let out a massive fireball at the oncoming wave of Fire Hounds, this extinguishes a good number of them. My energy is running low though. I felt extremely exhausted after I conjured the fireball. My attacks got slower and my reaction timing too. Luckily their numbers were thinning and they seemed to be starting to retreat as one let out a howl. "Yea you better run you mangy muts!" |

Solaire:
After resting for quite a while, I finally decided to return to the Sunlight Altar, where my desecrated statue stood. When I descended from my godly status, numerous Undead sought to demolish the statue that was made in worship of what was now mortal. |

As the last of the hounds retreat I move towards Sancti. "So, about that saving the world business. Are you willing to listen?" I ask. |

Solaire:
Upon arriving at the statue, I noticed the ethereal forms of my followers. Seeing some hope in the world yet, I set my summon sign in an odd place this time, I doubt anyone would suspect it here. The bell gargoyles were quite easy to fight, as are all of the enemies in the area. The bull demon was the only one that could cause trouble, but I would simply summon a Greater Lightning Spear to take it down. |

I explain to Sancti step by step about the story of the gods and titans and then about my vision. I also tell her about my plan to travel to Torath city to see if someone could point us towards the mage who could synthesize the Titanite. "So will you help?" I ask her. |

"Sure." I say to him, "But if your information end up false. I won't be very happy." |
