Well, you could just go to their profile, but this is somewhat shorter to do, so okay.

You can just simply copy the link to that person's profile, and wait a few days, use that like again.
1. if that shows the person's profile, he/she hasnt been banned.
2. if that shows [The item you request doesnt exist.](or sth like that), then it serves this purpose, as simple as that, TADA!! |
