I have not been very familiar with the sport of handball, so if these rules apply a lot or exactly like the sport, then I do have a good idea.
--- HOW TO PLAY ---
- Like soccer, except using your hands
- Fouls are "Penalty Throws" and Yellow, Orange and Red Cards (You'll get information on all of this in a little bit)
- Flip coin to decide who will begin with the ball and who will get it to start the second half
- 15-minute halves (30-minute games)
---> Time DOES stop for goals, penalties, etc.
- Teams are awarded three timeouts for the whole game
- There can be a total of four to six players per team, as long as they're even and the team has a goalie (DIFFERENT)
- When goal scored, the team who allowed the goal will get the ball
- At the end of each fifteen minute half, there will be no stoppage time added
- If the game is still tied at the end of the two fifteen-minute halves, another fifteen minute half will be awarded (sudden death) and if no scores are made after this, then depending on the game, it will either be a tie, or Penalty Throws until a team wins (at least three rounds of Penalty Throws, not sudden death)
CARDS (Yes, idea from real soccer)
Green Card - No penalties by this player
Yellow Card - Warning - one minor penalty by this player
Orange Card - Unable to play for 15 minutes with no subs and possible suspension for future games - two minor penalties or one semi-major penalty by this player
Red Card - Ejected from game and suspended for a certain amount of games or unable to play in the league ever again - three minor penalties, one semi-major penalty and one minor penalty, or one major penalty by this player

LEAGUE

- Two from each division make playoffs
- Champion gets the SFHL Cup

The SFHL Cup Playoffs work like this:
DIVISION A
#2 seed vs #1 seed (Best of seven)
DIVISION B
#2 seed vs #1 seed (Best of seven)
SFHL CUP FINALS
Winner of Divisional Rounds - Highest seed, best Regular Season record, team with most points for, least points against get the home-field advantage (Best of seven)
