Yellow head glitch when you enter a server?

I know this has gone on for awhile now,But it kinda ruins the prospect of acting like a real person,RP for example.Can i fix this somehow?

I dont think this is a matter that can be put in your hands. Its obvisouly a script error and could eaisly be done by a skillful moderator.
