Since I wrote FEAR's and RAT's Constitution, I'm using the same one for Feral Nation.
Let it Be heard, all those who take shelter within Feral Nation's Widespread Glory, That there are Policies that must be enforced upon all members, from lowly Recruit to the Majestic Leader, who is as of today StickMasterluke. This set of laws is to be known as the Feral Nation constitution, to remain forever on the forums at an unrepliable topic. Each of these rules must be followed without Question, they are fair and they are set in stone. Every Feral Nation member Has Rights, every Feral Nation member Has Laws.
Rule 1: Feral Nation Above all others. Feral Nation is in essence an enormous extended family. When an enemy slays a Feral, he is killing a Brother. Defend Each Other to the best of your ability
A) Check that your Feral Brother is really your Feral brother, become avid at checking profiles quickly
Rule 2: Thy Superior is thy master. If a superior asks something of you, you do it as quickly and efficiently as possible.
A) If your superior tells you to do something (e.g. Jump into lava because it looks funny) you may refuse. Bring your case to a general, and we will review if you made the right decision.
Rule 3: Promotions are to be given for merit alone, not money or place visits. The sale of Promotion shirts and Promotion Places are strictly forbidden.
A) The Sale of Promotion Shirts will result in an immediate demotion from Warlord to Nationalist
Rule 4: War is to be declared only by Leaders. The Recruit cannot have an argument with another player, and expect the whole clan to punish the person's clan. Declarations of War must be presented to all Elite Council members and Leader Via PM 2 hours before the initial Declaration
A) Feral Warlords may negotiate peace, and war, but the group is not officially at war unless a Leader says so.
Rule 5: All normal Troops must wear a Feral Nation Uniform. From Feral Elite and Below, Not wearing a Uniform will not have you demoted, but may have you killed. Warlord and Up may choose not to wear the Uniform, but must realize that they may be killed. Do not demote if someone kills you before you have announced your position
A) If someone continues killing you after you have clearly announced that you are part of Feral Nation, you may threaten, then use demotion.
Rule 6: Do not ask for a promotion. If you feel that you deserve a promotion, you probably do. To get promoted, show a Warlord that you are worthy of one, do not ask
A) Leaders get hundreds of PMs asking for promotions. Just don’t ask.
Rule 7: Feral Nation cannot be sold. If the Owner of Feral Nation wishes to leave Feral Nation, they must give Feral Nation to a member of the Clan in a high rank. This person must have been in Feral Nation for more than 2 Weeks. The Ex-Owner will then relinquish control of Feral Nation, and cannot change his mind and come back.
A) This shall be known as the StealthMatt Rule. Do not sell our People to anybody, and then don’t turn around and ask for it back.
Rule 8: There is a limit on the amount of Feral Warlords and Leaders. If these Leaders abuse powers (i.e. Random Demotion) they will be demoted.
A) 18 Feral Warlords
B) 3 Leaders (Not including advisors)
Rule 9: Allies of Feral Nation are not to be killed. If an ally turns on you, do not assume the whole rest of their clan has.
A) If an entire squad of allies turn on you, report the incident to a Feral Warlord.
Rule 10: Spies on Feral Nation are to be reported to a Leader. If found to be a spy, the person will be exiled.
Rule 11: In Game Traitors, those who kill teammates purposely (When the fallen are wearing uniforms) and repeatedly, the traitor should be reported to a Feral Warlord with a list of Witnesses. If found Guilty, depending on the offense, the traitor will be punished.
Rule 12: All normal Roblox Rules Apply, See the Roblox Rules for a list of these.
Rule 13: Official Feral Nation Activites are to be organized by High Rank officers. This includes Meetings, Contests, and other Get-Togethers.
A) All Activities must be cleared by a Feral Warlord. If you want to hold a small place party for some Feral Nation members, clear it!
Rule 14: Elite Council Members (Not Leaders) Can be impeached if the majority of Warlords and leaders Decide that one is unfit to lead
A) The owner cannot be impeached, just Elite Council members. Elite Council Members that are spies are instantly exiled. No enemy can hold a position above recruit, even if a diplomat.
Rule 15: Thou shalt not Spam thy Group Wall. Do not post Shouts that are spamlike.
A) Spam is considered 3 or more similar posts in a short amount of time.
B) Spam is punishable with first a warning, then a demotion. Enemy spammers are to be exiled immediately
Rule 16: Infringement of the constitution shall be investigated and punished. 1 Demotion Per Offense and 3 Chances before exile as a recruit.
A) Depending on the Offense, more severe punishments may be used
Rule 17: If a Feral Warlord or Leader accidentally leaves the group, he may be repromoted at the discretion of the others promoting him.
A) If you leave the group accidently, and you were a high rank, tell an Elite Council Member.
