my compyter also shuts down while playing but it had a virus in it that will shut down i took it out and repaird it to the repiar man but it still dose it so roblox will NEVER WORK ON THE COMPUTER help me

I have the same problem i go on any game and when i click play everything loads and then my computer just freezes and i have to restart my computer :( !! Someone please help i just want to play ;_; !!!!

That's happens to me in Vampire Hunters 2! I have a theory that the problem with my one is too many players! 24/7 it's always 2500+ players, but when it's under 2500, I get to play! When there is 2500+ players and I press play, the second I see the title it crashes my iPad! I think dat ur game is too popular! Yes, I have an overheating problem with ROBLOX. I can play flash games and other games just fine. ROBLOX is the issue that is causing my laptop to overheat. Bought a cooling pad, did little help. I don't know how to take the computer apart anyway.

Try checking your fan temp. Also, check your storage. Is it too full? I would recommend uninstalling and deleting ALL ROBLOX files on your PC and re-installing them. If it doesn't fix, try looking on YouTube. Their's always some handy things their. Best regards, from Thomaslongnose

The same happens to me. It just blacks out then turn off. My virus protection Norton dosnt pick up any virus even though it says its at risk. I dont know if its either 1.CPU 2.Virus 3.Too much memory battery keeps draining
