According to the CNN website, Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the majority opinion, which said that the Commerce Clause of the Constitution does not give Congress the authority to require people to have health care, but that other parts of the Constitution did.

Because the supreme court is corrupt and should all be impeached for not keeping up to the oath they said to uphold the constitution.

"other parts of the Constitution did." Did he specify which parts or did he just say "yeah it wasn't in that spot but it was in other spots which you can find for yourself"
