Well, there is one part I do support. Free perscriptions, shots and annual checkups. I think this is the basic part of keeping people healthy and is important to be free. What I dont support is the fact that all Americans are forced to buy health insurance and those who cant afford it are bought health insurance by the government. Now you may see this as something I previously did support, which is both public and private, but allow me to explain: In public and private, there will be the private doctors working for themselves and the public doctors working for the government. In Obamacare, it is all private, except that the government gives money to private doctors at the rate the doctors demand which will cause bankruptcy in the government. That is why I do not support it. The simplest thing to do is to do both private and universal. I dont think I need to explain private healthcare, so I will skip to universal. Those who cannot afford private healthcare can get free healthcare from the government and teh doctors are payed at a government rate, not their own rate. ~Just a female businesswoman

I'm also a fan of the provision that requires insurance providers to allow kids to stay on their parents' plans until they are 26.

It should be 200. Because c0l Also, if doctors would charge MEGALOL pricez, then people wouldn't be going there at all. There ain't "Pay 5% by yourselves" for nothing.

If those rich enough to buy private healthcare do not pay for universal healthcare, then how are doctors in universal healthcare supposed to get money?

@Sinii In universal healthcare, the government pays the doctors, not the people. So the rich won't be paying doctors either way. ~Just a female businesswoman

The government pays the doctors through taxes that the people pay.

What's the difference between paying taxes and buying it? It's just the government forcing people to pay more money. ~Just a female businesswoman

I don't trust the healthcare system anymore. Haven't had a shot in 5 years and I'm fine while my Dad who did take a shot went into a coma with no allergic reaction or anything.

If only people with no money go for universal healthcare, no one's going to pay taxes for it...

If the government could only learn how to spend corctly, they could take tax dollars from somewhere else for doctors. Besides, my family certainly cannot afford private healthcare, but we could still pay taxes for public which we are willing to do because we would use it. ~Just a female businesswoman

But then rich people are technically paying for universal healthcare. Taxes can only be paid by those who actually have money.

You know about commercial taxes, right? Take the commercial taxes that are paid by private healthcare companies to fund public healthcare companies. ~Just a female businesswoman

What's the difference between paying taxes and buying it? It's just the government forcing people to pay more money. --- Cuz Life > Money. Forth make healthcare universal for everyone or keep private healthcare, but make it free of charge and pay the doctors from the goverment, whih will be based on quality, ot quantity. Yes, you pay taxes for it but rich people still will extract most taxes from it, giving you an advantage and making the refreshing of rich people possible.

"Well, there is one part I do support. Free perscriptions, shots and annual checkups" No, you know where all that money comes from? It's all collectivized from the entire society, everybody pays for it from their taxes. The hard workers of society basically pay to keep the people that don't even contribute by working a job alive. In the long run, that hurts the economy, you have more people competing for jobs, so thats more unemployed, then you do not have as much people buying goods anymore, so then the companies have to make their prices higher to keep in the black, then the higher classes are affected because they have to pay more for their goods, then they cannot invest as much money into the government and big corporations to keep their massive import/export whatever alive. Also, have you seen Canada, with it's collectivized healthcare, 3 months for a dental checkup, 3 MONTHS, for a checkup.

Seriously, it's terrible how the lower classes leech so much money off the government, they pay for subsidized housing, and now this.
