Go on through the roblox edit app, don't go through develop and so on but through the app you downloaded as if your fixing to make a new game but click the link on the starter page that says something like change to original view. that's going to bring you to your develop page. NOW you press build mode and your toolbox and stuff stays:D

Yes that's because Build mode is for personal servers. And the Edit mode is for editing.

First tickets, now build mode! Roblox is going down the drain. This freaking sucks. We didn't ask them to change it, or get rid of it. I'm starting to hate Roblox because what the heck are they thinking build mode and tickets were the best things in the game. 3:<
