I Believe That You Can Send Friend Req, But You Cant Send It To Someone Who Your Friend Is Friends With, I've Tried and It Didn't Work, But When I Send It To A Random Person, It Sends It Please Reply So Im Not The Only Person Having This Problem

I am trying to accept friend request it says ok and that's it I clicked it and it still won't let me friend anybody
