I NEED HELP, For some reason I can{t chat on ROBLOX, I press the button that lets you chat, but it{s not working. Yesterday it would let me chat, but then it would dissapear, now THIS. PEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Whenever I want to chat it says I cant because of some chat settings and I don't know what to do? My chat settings say everyone can chat with me but my chats inside the game says I can't chat??? WHY!!?!

I cant even comment in some server. I see other people talking but theres not box for me to type in. Or I click the comment bubble on the top left of the screen and nothing opens up for me. It just stays highlighted in blue and my other controls start messing up. I really would like some answers. :/

My friend and I used to play a lot of time together on roblox. Now he hasn't said a word to me on the chat & party thing and I don't know why. And now whenever I click chat and party, it says "Make friends to start chatting!" or just blank, and I'm like WHAT THE HECK I HAVE LIKE ### FRIENDS YOU STUPID COMPUTER!!!
